Zenit accelerations

I've got two personal messages concerning Zenit rocket accelerations:
Mike McCants told me that a recent observation of 92-93B didn't show any
acceleration. Maybe others saw it steady also.
Russell Eberst told me that 87-27B had a sudden change in Mean Motion and
this could indicate that this object is spinning up. Here below the two
latest elsets I have:
