KH 11-8, "KH 11-9", and "KH 12-1" ??

While I was three degrees more north in Sweden, I tried to find
19625 88 99A KH 11-8
22251 92 83A USA 86
23728 95 66A USA 116
23729 95 66B USA 116 Rk?
I saw many satellites that looked like them (and many others),
but they where later identified as non-classified.
The first two have probably maneuvred more than once during
winter, while they were only visible south of the equator,
and normal drag is high enough to make even the number of
orbits uncertain.
They are now visible from more parts of Europe.
92 83A should be near its apogee, so it is visible over
a large area, and not so difficult to track.
95 66 is in the same plane, but may be in shadow,
if its perigee is in a different place.
You could try these elsets for search ( they have been
adjusted to almost constant average values, and have
bad checksums ) :
