Here are the Superbird A (#20040) predicted peak flash times for Wednesday
night, March 12th, in the continental U.S. (which is 3/13 UTC).  All times are
UT 3/13:

2:55  California coast from Santa Barbara to Eureka
2:56  L.A. area, Bakersfield, Fresno, Sacramento, Redding
2:57  San Diego, San Bernardino, the Sierra Nevada range,
         Lake Tahoe, Reno, western Oregon (including Eugene)
2:58  Yuma, Arizona; Death Valley, CA; western Nevada,
         central Oregon, Portland; Tacoma and Seattle, WA;
         Vancouver, British Columbia.
2:59  Western Arizona (including Lake Havasu City and
         Kingman); Lake Mead, Las Vegas, central Nevada,
         eastern Oregon, central Washington.
3:00  Tuscon, Phoenix, Flagstaff; southwestern Utah, northeast
         corner of Nevada, southwest corner of Idaho (incl. Boise),
         northeast corner of Oregon, eastern Wasington (Spokane)
3:01  Eastern Arizona (incl. Winslow), central Utah (incl. Provo,
         Salt Lake City), central and northern Idaho (incl. Twin Falls)
3:02  El Paso, TX; Las Cruces and Gallup, NM; 4 corners; eastern
         Utah; eastern Idaho (incl. Pocatello, Idaho Falls); western
         Montana (Butte, Missoula, Kalispell)
