Florida Today says:
April 26: Boeing Delta 2 (7920) on flight 257 with Iridium
Mission-9 (5 comsats) from Space Launch Complex-2 West at
Vandenburg Air Force Base, Calif., during a five-second launch
window opening at 7:14:21 p.m. EDT (2314:21-:26 GMT).

There is a good transit visible from the UK about 3 1/2 hours later,
and conditions look right for flares, though I haven't been able to
check it out.
