Hi all,

	Ed was right.  This one is acting strange.  Last night on a near zenith pass I
observed nothing (I have a 90 second exposure to prove it).  Tonight it was
visible naked eye at 1.9 mag to inv.  It was visible for 7s then inv for 2.  I
have another exposure that I'll forward or post when processed.  

It seemed to have a regular rotation for a part of the pass, will post 
more later. preliminary:

Max's seemed to be at about the 3 rd second of visibility.  There was
a mag -2 Flash after I measured this part of the obs.
