Hello- FYI Wire is still spinning as of 23:45 UTC 5 March 1999. Observed from Boston, MA, USA 42(N) -71(W). Measured Rotation period was 3.23 seconds (20 rotations over a 64.66 second interval). Timed using the 60Hz readout clock on the video camera. To be exact, there were exactly 20 rotations in 3,880 video fields (60 fields/sec). Wire is rotating at approximately 111 degrees/second. Looks bad. -Ron Dantowitz Boston Museum of Science
