WIRE Obs; Granat Obs Attempt: 9 Mar 99

Observed WIRE in 7x50 binocs low in the west after sunset.  Not a
great pass.  Timed several flashes at about 2 second intervals.
Obviously my viewing angle is not great compared to the other viewers
in SeeSat who see flashes at 1/2 second intervals and naked eye
flashes.  My flashes were mostly faint.

Attempted a Granat obs (#20352).  Range about 15000 km. Limiting
magnitude about 12.5. useful magnitude for satellite maybe 11.5.  Did
not see it.  Phase angle (skymap) 90 degrees.
