Perhaps the DOD is extending their policy of not making available
unclassified material that they consider useful to the  others,
that has been mentioned on this list, and in Scientific American.
There have already been comments by John Pike, that in some cases
they have deleted information that can be obtained in hard copy,
for the asking. Note Alan Pickup's note about ASTEX/STEX earlier.
