Last night I observed WIRE for the third night in a row, in nearly the =
same part of the sky. On this third night I could definitely tell that =
there has been a decrease in its spin rate. Interestingly, one sharp, =
very bright flash occurred nearly the same place in its path on each of =
the three nights. This was with sun-sat-obs angle about 125 deg and WIRE =
in the west-south-west.
