Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone has observed Leasat 2 R/B (#15244).
I tried for it last night under crystal clear skies, but was not
successful.  Predicted magnitude was 7.4, but if it was as
dim as 8.0 I could have missed it.  I have a standard magnitude
of +3.5 for this satellite, which seems a tad high.  --Rob
