I saw it 1/92. Alt. 1923.  Mag >10, flashing 5 sec to mag 7.1.
Another pass was varying 5 sec mag 7½ - >9.

MrOrbit ksat =8711, which corresponds to QUICKSAT/HIGHFLY intrinsic 
mag 4.5 at its brightest.
