I had my first sighting of USA 86 #22251, Peak Elevation was predicted for
03:18:53 15 Mar UTC at azimuth 67 degrees, elevation 48 degrees with these
elsets:

At 03:18:24 it was due east (azi 090) of my location and at 03:19:15 it
passed just above Alioth in Ursa major. All times UTC + - 2 sec. Magnitude
was about 3.6 vice the predicted 3.9.
