AsiaSat 3S Blok DM r Obs, 26 Mar 99

Observed the Blok DM at 02:15 UT on 26 Mar 99.  Magnitude about 9
at a range of 15564 kn and Skymap phase angle of 131 degrees.
It was fluctuating in brightness but it was difficult to time.

AsiaSat 3S was due 30 minutes later. I did not see it so I suspect
a maneuver after the time of the elset I used.
