At Eurosom 1, Alain Grycan was our guest and he gave a talk about telescopic
tracking of satellites.
At that time he(and Eric Laffont) used a 310mm telescope from an observatory
at Jolimont, Toulouse.
They have some nice pictures of the shuttle and Mir but other satellites as
well. I don't know about any tracking of Keyhole satellites but if they do
I think they won't tell us because they have had some trouble with military
people who didn't like what they were doing. There is a military base close
to their observing place.
