Hi All,

I seem to remember someone (Bart?) posting a flash timing on
Cosmos 2239 R/B (#22591) recently of about 9.5 seconds.  Checking
my notes, when I last observed it its period was 14.3 seconds.  I
saw it last night (31 March 3:51 UT), and while I didn't time it, I
counted in my head.  Period was somewhere between 7 and 8
seconds.  So this one is still spinning up... --Rob
