    #25947 = 99- 58 E = Globalstar 31 Soyuz r

SpaceCom's latest warning, issued at 17:39 UTC today is for decay at
    Mar 4 05:33 +-8h at 6.2 N, 49.3 E. For once, I am in close agreement,
    with my prediction for decay at Mar 4 05:31 +-3h at 14.0 N, 54.9 E.
These put it on a northbound pass over the NW Indian Ocean, on a track
off the coast of Somalia towards the Arabian Sea and Pakistan. If it
survives, it should pass NW of Karachi at 05:35 and to the N of Ulan
    Bator, Mongolia, at 05:45.
