The pass time above was one hour late due to my using a several months old control file set to Daylight time instead of Standard time. It should have read 1:30-40 March 4 UTC. Since then OIG, Alan Pickup, and Harro Zimmer have all made newer predictions for a somewhat later decay of the orbit, and the actual time of the above pass is now a couple of minutes later.
