    With eccen.tle and SkyMap you don't have to pre-process the elset, filtering
    is built into SkyMap. Just set the F7/F9 MinRange,MaxRange option to 0,3000
    or whatever. With a F7/L magnitude limit of 10, eccen.tle currently gives
    over 30 passes per night for Falcon, Co. Charting is excellent also, but a
    report file is also available - the brightest are:
