00-013B (#26099) Proton R/B

SpaceCom's last update - prepared Mar 13, 14:36 UTC - shows the decay on
                  13 March, 02:02 UTC +/- 07 hours (11.0°N, 200.0°E)
on a descending part over the Pacific.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00072.837... - 00073.691... the decay on
                  13 March  00:42 UTC +/- 22 minutes (12.1°S, 238.7°E)
also on a southbound pass over the Pacific. The eccentricity is very small,
a decay one rev later is possible.
