I posted an update to my Decay Watch page at 17:20 today, predicting
    this decay for Mar 19 18:44 UTC +-90m near 22.0 S, 14.0 W, as it tracked
NE over the S Atlantic. The latest elset...
    Globlstr 29 r1 6.0 3.0 0.0 4.5 d 15 186 x 140 km
    1 25965U 99062E 00079.54281896 .18224998 12075-4 49496-3 0 2307
    2 25965 51.9321 104.3437 0035534 126.9059 233.5896 16.41007307 18176
...was 4 hours old at the time and has yet to be superseded. SpaceCom's
last pre-decay warning was for decay almost half an orbit earlier at Mar
    19 18:11 +-3h near 1.6 N, 167.4 W, over the Pacific. There is still no
    final word from SpaceCom.

My prediction for the final orbit:
    Globlstr 29 r1 6.0 3.0 0.0 4.5 d 15 147 x 122 km
    1 25965U 99062E 00079.72494550 .51560230 18551+1 35120-3 0 92308
    2 25965 51.9291 103.3128 0018952 127.6591 232.5129 16.51957251 18207

SpaceCom has issued its first warning for this decayer, predicting the
    decay for Mar 23 17:15 +-2d near 61.0 S, 40.5 W. I get Mar 23 11:06
+-22h. This enters eclipse while northbound near 76 deg S latitude at
about 23:00 local time and leaves eclipse while northbound near 67 deg N
    at 03:00 local time.

    The latest elset for this:
    Cosmos 1093 5.0 1.5 0.0 5.4 v 11 236 x 226 km
