I was able to record these timings of Okean-O r #25861 99039B flash period:
(non sequential)

2.67s
2.65s
2.52s

Several minutes earlier and despite a thin cloud in the wrong spot, i
observed Uosat 12 cover #25694 99021B as it passed thru Ursa Major at
03:42:xx 26 Mar UTC. Mag 3.6

Also Iridium 14A ? was on time and on target.
