At about 19:43 UTC Mar.25 while observing Okean-O rk I saw three 1x flashes
in Cepheus. The first one was bright enough too catch my attention from 90
    degrees to the right.
    10-15 seconds between them ??
But I saw similar flashes three weeks ago in the same area.
