    2000-03-27 at 19:00 UT I timed 5 flashes of 25861 99039B over 3 minutes (I
have left binoculars and my memory stopwatch at my 5919 site) to give 2.439
seconds, all within +-0.13 sec high in the East.

    First flash 0.00 = 18:59:39 UT, four more at 0:24.13, 0:58.42, 1:32.57,
    3:00.45
