DMB Obs of 84-12 and orbit

    Here are my observations of the 84-12 triplet on two revolutions this
    morning (March 1) to add to those of Russell Eberst.  I've derived an orbit
    for 84-12F adding Greg Roberts's observations of Feb 25, so it should be
    pretty accurate for a while.  The mean motion is actually below 13.4.
