Suggestions on reporting Iridium Double Flare

Obviously I could determine the exact circumstances of this event 
but if the submitters could provide basic info such as direction
of motion and general location in the sky it would help others
look for similar events.

I believe this event had the predicted flare at about 7:49:12 PM local
at azimuth 122, elevation 52.  Southbound pass east of zenith, max el
58 degrees.
