I know the observations database has been neglected since I set up the first
prototype last year, but this is just because of pressure from other
projects and I certainly intend to complete it. The Starshine 3 satellite is
being launched in September, and the Starshine project wants to use
Heavens-Above as an on-line observations database for the schools who will
be tracking it. They usually start with practise tracking of ISS or another
bright satellite well before launch, so it must be ready soon.
