Hi All,

I've updated the IRIDFLAR program (from version 2.2 to 2.21) to support
the recent launch of Iridiums 90, 91, 94, 95, and 96 (formerly called
A through E respectively).  I've also made a change to the command
line parsing so that configuration filenames are correctly interpreted
by Windows 2000 when running IRIDFLAR with a configuration filename
as a parameter (e.g. IRIDFLAR myfile.cfg).  (Windows 2000 lopped off
the first character of the filename in the version 2.2).
