    I observed Starshine 3 (az 270, el 40) at 00:10 UTC
24 March, for about 45 seconds. It was about a +8.0
mag except for about 10 seconds when it gradually
    brightened to about +6.5.

There was a nice -2 mag solar panel-generated Iridium
flare. Iridium 6 flared to about -2 mag at 01:14:37
    24 March at az 50, el 50.

TiPS was +9.5 or so at 02:03 UTC 24 March. The tether
was barely visible but still attached to the end
objects. TiPS was about 35 deg above the horizon
    in the NNW.

The observing site was Carrs Mill Park, MD
    39.3181 N, 77.0542 W, 100mASL

    Cheers,
