Shenzhou III and rocket TLE's

    I still see no evidence of manuvering of the Shenzhou III craft.  Its
    orbital dimensions have not changed in ~ 26 hours.  It looks like a
    standard magnitude of +4 has been assigned to rocket by a RADAR
    cross-sectional analysis.
    
    It may be of interest that Shenzhou III is orbiting at a height that is
    about 60 km lower than that of the orbit of the ISS.
    
    On Heavens-Above, enter the NORAD ID number of 27397 to look at the
    satellite. It is being listed as a UNK.  The rocket has not been listed
    yet.
    
    The rocket will be decaying in about 6 days, according to SatEvo.
