Note: On both March 26 and 28, 02-37A was spotted as a
star-like object around magnitude zero. It had faded down by time
    the timed positions were obtained.
91-17A seems to be running 7 seconds early on the March 28 transit.
This indicates a manoeuvre so further observations should be
    given priority.

Best wishes, Total observations: 1207 (2004)
