    They probably have, it is standard procedure in cases like this.
    
    Please not, I am not investigating this case myself in this case: just noted it 
    in the press and (after seeing the pics and deeming it artificial rather than a 
    meteorite) was curious if anyone recognizes it as potential space junk.
