manually.

NOTES:
------
(1) Purpose was to sort out what OFEQ seen 25 Feb 2016. I suspect
     it was OFEQ 7. OFEQ 10 not seen - close to OFEQ 7 prediction
     wise. Concluded OFEQ 5 is no longer in orbit.

(2) Now that visibility for USA 186 and USA 245 is now almost over
     for southern hemisphere observers I will change my optical
     system and concentrate on high altitude objects - much more
     fun!
