Today, March 9, in 20:23 UT+2 I had observed a flare from left looking ASCAT of MetOp-B satellite. Flare was predicted to be in 20:23:28 and to have magnitude -3.3. According to my observations the peak of a flare was in 20:23:22 (-6 seconds from prediction) and was of -2 magnitude.
