I have concluded that the cylindrical tank found in Spain on or about 2016 March 8, is a hydrazine tank of 2008-010B / 32707, the Atlas-V Centaur stage that re-entered on 2015 Nov 03 UTC. Information on the recovered tank and the known Atlas-V Centaur hydrazine tank has been added to the report on the re-entry, as Appendix A.6: http://www.satobs.org/reentry/2008-010B/2008-010B.html#Cylindricaltank Technical information on all of the suspected debris, including their approximate discovery locations, is summarized in Table 1 (Section 2.2). The locations are the best I could derive from careful study of news reports. If anyone has more precise data, please contact me.
