According to this tweet by USA Topday reporter Emre Kelly:

...the US DoD confirmed that this was a planned hypersonic missile test, but it 
was scrubbed.

Photographs from the Cape showed what appears to be a TEL on SLC-46 this weekend.

So not a space launch.
