    Hello,

This flashing Kosmos rocket has been re-discovered by Bram Dorreman on May
    5 2001.
It is now flashing with approximately 10s.
This rocket has a history of accelerations.
It is probably going up again as its maximum would have been somewhere
between September 2000 and May 2001.

Are there any more observations covering this period ?

No doubt this is an BWGS Top priority object.

Here below you will find all 96004B observations collected by the BWGS. I
intend to place a flash report on the BWGS pages.
