    Another splendid night for observing. As I had a day off from work
    today I could observe all night.

    Bjoern Gimle has done an extensive analysis of my recent obs of this
    rocket. He conclues that the real period has to be around 20 sec in
    order to give the minimum of residals. Only some random timing-errors
    and a slight synodic effect remain in that case.
    96-  4 B 01-05-10 22:55:47   LB  261.6 0.2  26 10.06  AA, 4->i

    10.33 10.10 sec. Same behavior as in the previous pass.

    Timings: 46.79 | 29.46 15.36 | 49.56 | 35.67 11.47 sec.; two sm timed.
    96- 51 B 01-05-10 23:03      LB                       S, 4

    Flash 5 to 8 and 10 show great residals.
    97- 17 B 01-05-10 22:17      LB                       S, 6
    99- 22 C 01-05-10 20:30:44   LB  130.9 0.2  15  8.73  AA, 2->i
    Timings: 8.81 8.85 7.98 9.47 7.89 8.16 9.88 7.96 9.00 8.93 8.87

    99- 22 C 01-05-10 22:08:17   LB   95.9 0.2  11  8.72  AA, 4->i
    Timings: 7.53 9.14 7.55 9.31 8.72 9.27 8.45 8.22 8.81 18.92 sec.
    Flash 10 was very faint and not timed. As this two passes indicate
    the period must be doubled to around 17.4 sec.
    99- 39 B 01-05-10 20:41:18   LB  256.0 0.5   4 64.0   AA, 3->i
    Timings: 86.28 43.25 68.88 57.56 sec. The last timing is very
    accurate, as by then the flashes were sharp when the sat was
    low in the north
    99- 45 B 01-05-11 02:00      LB                       almost S,5
