Another double flare from Gravity Probe

    Northbound pass, max el 48 degrees at azimuth 270 degrees.

First flare was not very bright compared to the second,  Flare
was 03:32:58 UT 2 May 2004, azimuth 290, elevation 46 degrees

Second flare was negative magnitude at 03:35:42 UT, azimuth 340
and elevation 18 degrees.

All times +/- 3 seconds.
