I have analyzed fourteen observations, and although they look promising, I
    can't find them conclusive.

The best circles I found have an axis at 23:34 +55.8, with five observations
    having their
normals 54.5 to 56.0 degrees from this axis.
Five observations are 38.5 to 41.9 degrees off.
Four remaining are spread 28.8-35.3 degrees.
One special obs is Ron's 2nd pass 04-26, 124 degrees off, which I included
as the back side of a 56 degree normal.
