I originally sent this to Ted only thinking it was being sent to SeeSat-L. I saw Raduga 33 glowing in the moonlit sky. At approximately 6:17 UTC it streaked about 25° above the horizon in the northern sky. I'm located in Massillon, OH near 40.8 N 81.5 W. I have no way to convert elsats to time & location co-ordinates. I figured this would be another event I would only read about again. Luckily Ted posted the decay info with data I could relate to. Thanks so much Ted.
