    Site 2701: 43.68764 N, 79.39243 W, 230 m
    
    The final three Raduga 33 (96010A) points were observed with the unaided eye, so
    are not as precise as normal. The object was glowing, as passed about 90 km
    above the Earth's surface. Its plasma tail was about 10 deg long at culmination.
    
    
    It was a brilliant sight, despite a nearly full moon, and scattered cirrus
    clouds.
    
    USSTRATCOM has not issued a decay confirmation yet. The current elset is:
