    My simulation shows the following:

Start of burn - 18 May 16:54:39.640 UTC:
      Latitude -0.6, Longitude -14.47

    End of burn - 17:05:42.516 (duration 11:02.876):
Latitude 32.67, Longitude 13.10 (over Tripoli, Libya)

Unfortunately, at the end of burn, it'll still be some 10° on the daylight side
of the terminator. It may then be visible from Israel, for example, but it'd be
at quite a low angle of elevation.
