    TiPS tether appeared to shrink then grow again as I watched it go thru a
    high of 81 degree elevation. Always fun to watch it with telescope. This was
    the highest elevation I have been able to track it thru. It is hard to
    follow a sat thru near zenith passes using a dobs, but I'm getting better at
    it.
