Clouds denied me the other 11 objects I had planned to observe. As Russell Eberst mentioned, 02049A is close to 03009B. I observed it is a stray, preceding 03009B by 27 s, on nearly the identical path. Their orbital planes are about 0.1 deg apart, and their inclinations are almost identical. 03009B is 2.9 km lower than 02049A, so its period is shorter - by about 3.56 s; therefore, it should overtake it about 7.5 revs after my observation, or about 14:21 UTC today (May 20) - assuming neither one perform a reboost manoeuvre in the interim.
