Last night we observed ROCSAT 2 and the Taurus fourth stage
(04-018A and B, 28254 and 28255). The Taurus stage was at
least +4.5 magnitude at a range of just under 800 km and
Quicksat phase about 60; the payload was a couple of
magnitudes fainter. They were only about 30 second apart,
with the upper stage in the lead. The payload was not easy
with my 8x42. Sky conditions were mostly clear but not great.
