5/28/04 22.41.54 local EDT 2.5d under tania australis, mu ursa major, in
telescope sighted a satellite then used Idsat to identify. Missed picking
up KH 9-16 Elint approx 1 minute 30 seconds earlier and .7d higher. Poor to
terrible to clouded out skies. Clear skies have been rare recently.
