    Weather in Dallas in May is terrible, almost four solid weeks of 
    cloud cover. Observed the infamous OTV-1 this morning but could not 
    get data points due to clouds obscuring the target stars.  I did get 
    a time, and clear view 3rd mag, on it passing just below Omicron Andromeda and it was consistent with the latest elset.  30777 CFESAT passed 5 secs before OTV-1 on a similar path.  
    
    Good work Ted, Greg, Kevin and the anonymous "American Colleague".  
    
    (BTW wasn't another object launched about the same time from Vandenburg 
    on a Minotaur IV, where is that one?).
