GPS satellite launch on May 17

3 sets of predicted elements for GPS launch May 17 at 0003 UT, this time
with argument of perigee to give the correct apogee longitude.
Since the first cutoff of the 2nd stage is not far from the perigee, the
perigee height cannot be much less than 100km.
For perigee 100km, 200 , 300km:
