You may want to look into adding an exclusion for Heavensat in Windows Defender.
It may be doing a full scan of the program every time you launch it.

I had a few programs taking way too long to boot on my fast gaming laptop
(i7-9750H 3.5GHz 6 core, 16GB DDR4, 1TB M.2). I mean like taking minutes to load.
Once I added the exclusions, the programs now launch within seconds.

I discovered this by noticing the programs seemed to launch faster when NOT
connected to the internet. So I carefully watched task manager while waiting for
the program to launch, seeing a lot of network activity, and researching the tasks
taking up CPU time. With the exclusions applied, they launch even faster.

In my case this mostly happens with programs I've installed as "standalone" or
"portable", so windows must not be remembering anything about them as it would
after an initial install and scan.

Do this ONLY for programs you trust from reputable sources.

PS. if you have other AV software installed, check it too.
