I got caught completely off-guard, so don't have much detail. About 2305 (0605Z) PST +/- a few minutes. Went outside to shut down irrigation system, caught sight of something bright to my left, in the sky, but low. Roughly 310-330 degrees azimuth, observed from a few miles north of Yerington, Nevada. A brilliant line in the sky, almost had a glowing haze around it, gold/pink in color, moving roughly west, to roughly east. Moving very slow. Ran to get a camera, within 10-15 seconds, whatever it was, was gone. Difficult to tell if the line was solid, or a series of tight spots, almost like a fuzzy line from an old dot matrix computer. Length was roughly the same as my index finger at arms length. Ideas?
